1. Validity of sales conditions

1) The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods and services from the Mntl.ee online store between the buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Consumer) and the company Greenback OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store).

2) In addition to these terms and conditions, the legal relationships arising when purchasing products from the Mntl.ee online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter VÕS), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter TKS) and other legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

3) The online store reserves the right to make changes to the sales conditions. The mentioned changes are reflected on the website Mntl.ee

2. Price information

1) All prices shown in the online store Mntl.ee include VAT 20%.

2) The cost of transport is added to the purchase price according to the delivery method chosen by the Consumer.

3) Prices are valid from the time the order is completed until the payment deadline for the completed order expires (3 days after the order is completed).

4) If the order has been submitted before the sales conditions or prices have been changed, the legal relations between the Consumer and Greenback OÜ shall be subject to the conditions valid at the time of placing the order.

5) The online store Mntl.ee reserves the right to make changes in the sales prices. The mentioned changes are reflected on the website Mntl.ee

 

3. Forming the order

1) In the e-store, it is possible to buy goods with the note "in stock" and goods with the delivery time of the product indicated (eg "order 2-6 weeks"). If you are interested in a product that is not available at the moment - we recommend contacting us by e-mail, info@mntl.ee or by phone +372 56 897 079 to receive information about the arrival of the product or to place a special order.

2) Fill in the data and the cells on the order confirmation page carefully, because the speedy and trouble-free delivery of your purchased products and the subsequent resolution of disputes and claims depend on the accuracy and correctness of the information provided.

3) Orders placed in the online store will be processed as soon as possible, but no later than the next business day.

4. Entry into force of the sales contract

1) With the contract of sale of goods, the online store Mntl.ee undertakes to hand over to the Consumer the existing Goods, which are manufactured or acquired by the online store Mntl.ee in the future, and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, while the Consumer undertakes to pay the online store Mntl.ee the amount indicated on the invoice for the goods and to take the Goods against.

2) Orders that have not been paid for would be canceled 3 days after the order was placed.

3) The sales contract enters into force after the payment made by the Consumer has been received in the bank account of the Online Store.

 

5. Delivery

1) After the sales contract enters into force, the Mntl.ee online store completes the order and hands it over to the company's logistics partners for delivery.

2) The delivery terms shown on the website of the e-shop are valid from the moment of receipt of the order amount to the bank account of the online shop.

3) In order to deliver without delays, you must be diligent and provide true and valid data when entering the delivery data when completing the order.

4) The Mntl.ee online store is not responsible for the delay in the delivery of the goods if the goods have been handed over to the logistics partners on time, but the delivery delay is due to circumstances that the Mntl.ee online store could not influence or foresee.

 

6. Right of return

1) After receiving the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days without giving a reason.

2) If the condition of the item to be returned deteriorates, the Consumer is responsible for the decrease in value due to the use of the item only if he has used the item in a different way than is necessary to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item. In order to make sure of the nature, properties and functioning of the item, the Consumer should handle and use the item only as he or she would be allowed to do in the store. The sales packaging of the product must not be damaged and must look as presentable as it did at the time of receiving the goods.

3) In order to return the goods, a request to withdraw from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the address info@mntl.ee within 14 days of receiving the goods at the latest.

4) The consumer must return the goods within 14 days following the submission of the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.

5) The customer does not have to return the goods through a logistics company if the Mntl.ee online store has agreed to pick up the goods themselves.

6) If the returned goods are sent by courier or postal service, the product must be packed in a separate package, and nothing that would damage the sales package must be attached directly to the product package. Also, the sales package must not be damaged, nor should anything be written on it.

6) The Mntl.ee online store will return to the consumer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal, all fees received from the consumer based on the contract, except for postage.

 

7. Force majeure

1) Online store Mntl.ee is not responsible for damages caused to the Customer or delays in delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery of goods is due to circumstances that online store Mntl.ee could not influence or foresee.

 

8. Processing of personal data

1) By entering data in the online store and with the corresponding confirmation, the Consumer grants the right to collect and process the Consumer's personal data (name, contact phone number, package delivery and/or home address, e-mail address) and to transmit personal data to the logistics partner for the delivery of the goods.

2) The online store Mntl.ee has the right to use the address of the Consumer's home or location to transmit advertising and other information to the Consumer.

3) The consumer has the right to prohibit the collection and use of his personal data at any time, unless it is necessary to collect a claim arising from the contract or to deliver the goods.

4) The use of electronic personal data for direct mail takes place only if the Consumer has given separate consent for this on the website Mntl.ee

5) Encrypted data communication with banks when paying for purchases ensures the security of the Consumer's personal bank credentials, and the Online Store does not have access to them either.

 

9. Claim submission procedure

1) The online store Mntl.ee is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods sold to the Consumer with the contract conditions or defects that appear within two years from the handing over of the goods to the Consumer.

2) In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the online store Mntl.ee within one month at the latest, presenting the invoice on the basis of which the purchase of the goods was paid for.

3) In the event of a defect in the product, please stop using the product.

4) The Mntl.ee online store and the Consumer agree on the repair or replacement of defective goods. The online store Mntl.ee will cover the costs of the repair.

5) The online store Mntl.ee is not responsible for defects that have occurred on the product due to the Consumer's fault, which have arisen as a result of improper storage of the product or non-intended use of the product.

6) In case of product non-compliance or defects, please send a complaint to the e-mail address info@mntl.ee, where the name of the orderer, contact telephone number, order number and a precise description of the product's non-compliance or defect are indicated.

7) A claim regarding the discovery of non-compliance or defects of the product must be submitted within one month from the discovery of the non-compliance or defect of the product.

8) All claims are reviewed and the Consumer is contacted as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days from the receipt of the claim.

9) The consumer has the right to demand from the online store Mntl.ee a reduction in the purchase price or to terminate the contract and to demand a refund for the goods, if the online store Mntl.ee is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, the online store Mntl.ee cannot reasonably explain the lack of goods eliminated over time, unreasonable inconveniences have been caused to the consumer.

10. The consumer's right to appeal to the Consumer Complaints Commission

1) If the Online Store has refused to resolve the Consumer's complaint or the Consumer does not agree with the solution proposed by the Online Store and considers that his rights have been violated or his interests have been damaged, the Consumer may submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission through the Consumer Protection Board or to the court. The consumer can file a complaint himself or through a representative. The information of the Consumer Protection Commission is provided on the website of the Consumer Protection Board, to solve problems arising in the member states of the European Union, contact the Consumer Advice Center of the European Union.
