Self pick up
By choosing Pick up as the mode of transport when completing the purchase, you can pick up the package at our salon located at Meistri 16, Tallinn. If your order is complete and ready for pickup, the customer will be notified by e-mail or phone. The customer service representative will specify the pick-up times.
SmartPOST parcel machines
Select the SmartPOST parcel machine as the method of transport in the shopping cart, and a list of different stores will open for you, where you can choose the place you like to pick up the goods. When the package has arrived, you will receive an SMS and a personal code. The code must be entered into the computer of the parcel machine, and then the door of the parcel machine opens and you receive the goods. Parcel machines are located in shopping centers, so you can receive a package next to your daily routine. All SmartPOST parcel machines are located inside shopping centers. This means that the shipments are protected all year round from possible weather damage caused by cold, heat or moisture.

Omniva parcel machines
Select the Omniva parcel machine as the method of transport in the shopping cart, and a list of different locations will open for you, from which you can choose the place you like to pick up the goods. You can take out a parcel from the parcel machine regardless of the time of day - you can use the parcel machines located outside 24 hours a day. You have at your disposal parcel machines located in the most accessible places across Estonia - in a total of 31 cities and settlements. You can receive the package with the help of a personal door code, which will be sent to you by SMS or e-mail. If you enter the door code of the parcel machine, the door of the cabinet where your package is located will open.

Pick up from the post office
When the package arrives at the post office, you will be notified via mailbox, e-mail or SMS. The notice states the location of the package, the post office's opening hours and contacts, as well as the package storage period. When picking up the package, take your identity document along with the notification. The package will be delivered at your nearest post office. Parcels move in 2-7 working days. Mail items are kept at the delivery post office waiting for the recipient for 15 calendar days from the day following the date of their arrival at the post office (inclusive).

Courier
The package is delivered by courier to the address given by the customer. The courier company will send a notification via SMS with information on what time the package will be delivered and a contact phone number in case there is a desire to change the delivery time. Parcels travel 1-3 business days (Estonia) from posting and depending on the region.
